Alex Spence, trading as Evolve with Alex, a sole trader based in England. Contact: hello@evolvewithalex.com

Sessions and bookings

Booking starts with an enquiry. I reply personally and send a short health screening and a client agreement. Nothing is confirmed until both are complete and I've agreed to go ahead. The client agreement sets out the terms for sessions, including payment, rescheduling and cancellations. If anything on this site differs from the agreement, the agreement applies.

The guides are free for your own personal use. Please don't copy, sell or share them as your own.
