The Integrated Man

For the man who knows there's more of him to meet.

A four-month journey into masculinity, sexuality and aliveness.

Not another programme designed to make you perform better.

Not another system for becoming the "perfect man."

And not an attempt to get rid of the parts of yourself you've learned to hide.

This is about bringing more of yourself into the room.

Your body.

Your desire.

Your sexuality.

Your emotions.

Your intensity.

Your vulnerability.

Your presence.

The parts you've learned to control. The parts you've learned to suppress. The parts you've learned to perform. And the parts you've perhaps never fully allowed yourself to experience.

The Integrated Man is the journey of meeting those parts consciously, and learning to live from a place where they no longer need to pull you in different directions.

What does "integrated" actually mean?

Integration isn't becoming someone new. It's becoming less divided within yourself.

A man can be outwardly successful and still feel disconnected from his body. He can be confident in one part of his life and deeply uncertain in another. He can desire intimacy while simultaneously protecting himself from being truly seen. He can experience powerful sexual energy and either suppress it, discharge it unconsciously, or become identified with it. He can understand himself intellectually while still being governed by patterns held in the body.

Integration is the process of bringing these seemingly separate parts back into relationship.

So instead of:

mind vs body
desire vs control
masculinity vs vulnerability
sexuality vs intimacy
intensity vs safety

We begin exploring what happens when these parts can coexist.

Six dimensions. One deeper journey.

Awareness

Before anything can change, you have to be able to meet what is actually happening. The sensations. The impulses. The tension. The stories. The moments you leave your body. The places where you tighten, disconnect, perform or reach for something outside yourself.

Awareness isn't about analysing yourself endlessly. It's learning to notice yourself while you're actually living.

Embodiment

Knowing something intellectually isn't the same as living it. Embodiment is the movement from knowing to feeling: from understanding yourself to inhabiting yourself.

Learning to stay connected to your body when intensity rises. To feel desire without immediately needing to act on it. To feel vulnerability without abandoning yourself. To experience pleasure without turning it into performance.

Your body becomes somewhere you live, rather than somewhere you occasionally visit.

Breath

Breath is one of the primary doorways into this work. It's where Primal Awakening begins.

Conscious Connected Breathwork creates an opportunity to experience yourself beyond the habitual patterns of the mind: to feel, release, open and reconnect.

But the deeper work isn't what happens during ninety minutes of breathing. It's what happens after the session. How you breathe when you're triggered. How you stay with sensation. How you meet intensity. How you return to yourself.

The breath becomes a practice of coming home.

Sexual Energy

Sexual energy isn't simply something to suppress, control or discharge. It's something to become conscious of.

Learning to recognise the charge in the body. To feel desire without immediately becoming consumed by it. To work with arousal rather than being unconsciously driven by it. To explore transmutation, containment, movement and expression.

To discover what becomes available when sexual energy is no longer something you are either fighting or being run by.

Can you become intimate with your own life force? That's a much deeper conversation than sexual performance.

Capacity

It's one thing to want more aliveness. It's another thing to actually be able to stay present with it.

More sensation. More pleasure. More intensity. More vulnerability. More desire. More uncertainty. More intimacy.

Capacity is learning to remain present as the volume of life turns up, without automatically shutting down, escaping or becoming overwhelmed.

Can your body hold more of you?

Intimacy

This is where everything else in this journey eventually arrives.

Intimacy begins with the ability to stay connected to yourself. Because the deeper question isn't simply "Can I connect with another person?" It's "Can I remain connected to myself while I'm with another person?"

To be seen without performing. To express what is true. To stay present when vulnerability arises. To let another person close without abandoning yourself. To experience sexuality as connection rather than performance.

Intimacy is the capacity to meet life, and another human being, without leaving yourself behind.

These aren't six stages to complete in order. They're six threads woven through the same journey. We return to them again and again, each time from somewhere slightly different. Because integration isn't something you finish. It's something you practice living.

Already feel this speaking to you? You don't need to read the rest to know.

Book a Discovery Call

How it works

A four-month, one-to-one journey into deeper embodiment.

This isn't a course to work through or a curriculum to complete. It's a space to explore what is actually alive in you, and to bring what you discover into the way you live, relate, experience your sexuality and meet the world.

  1. 01 One-to-one

    Personal work, built around you.

There is no fixed sequence you have to follow. We work with what is actually happening in your life: the patterns you're noticing, the sensations you're experiencing, the places you're disconnecting, and the parts of yourself you're ready to meet more honestly.

The six dimensions of The Integrated Man give us a territory to explore, but your experience determines where we go.

  2. 02 Twelve 90-minute sessions

A rhythm that changes as you do.

Twelve sessions across four months. We meet more often at the start, closely spaced while we find our footing together, and gradually less often as the work goes on.

As the work goes deeper, the sessions space out. Not because there's less happening, but because depth asks for more room: time for what surfaces in a session to actually settle into how you live and into your experience.

Sessions may include Conscious Connected Breathwork, embodiment practices, reflection and deeper exploration around masculinity, sexuality, desire, intimacy and emotional patterns. Sometimes the work is intense. Sometimes it's quiet. Sometimes the most important thing is simply learning to stay present with what you feel.

There is no performance required here.

  3. 03 The work between sessions

Because the real integration happens in your life.

Alongside our sessions, you'll have practices, reflections and experiments to explore in your own time.

Not more information to consume. Experiences to have. Ways to notice yourself differently. Ways to work with your body. Ways to relate to desire, sensation, emotion and intimacy. Ways to begin taking what we uncover together into your everyday life.

  4. 04 Integration

From understanding yourself to living yourself.

Over the four months, we return again and again to the six dimensions:

    Awareness.

    Embodiment.

    Breath.

    Sexual Energy.

    Capacity.

    Intimacy.

Not as six boxes to tick. But as different doorways into the same deeper work.

The intention isn't for you to become dependent on the container. It's to develop a deeper relationship with yourself, so that you can increasingly notice, feel, stay present and choose how you respond.

What this journey is really about

You don't need another version of yourself to perform. The work is not about becoming a more impressive man. It's about becoming less divided within yourself.

Learning to hold your intensity without being consumed by it. Your desire without being driven by it. Your vulnerability without abandoning yourself. Your sexuality without reducing yourself to performance. Your aliveness without needing to control it. And your connection with another person without losing connection with yourself.

This is the movement from experience → awareness → practice → embodiment.

A journey of learning not simply to know yourself differently, but to live differently from what you know.

Why I created this

I didn't create The Integrated Man because I had figured masculinity out.

I created it because I've spent years navigating my own relationship with it. With sexuality. With desire. With intimacy. With loneliness. With patterns that I understood intellectually but couldn't simply think my way out of. With the tension between the man I felt myself becoming and the parts of myself I was still learning to meet.

My own journey took me into breathwork, embodiment, nervous-system work, spirituality and a deeper relationship with my body.

And slowly, the question changed. It stopped being "How do I fix this part of myself?" And became "What happens when I stop dividing myself into parts that are acceptable and parts that aren't?"

That's where The Integrated Man came from.

This isn't a framework I've created to tell men who they should become. It's a space to explore who you become when you are no longer fighting yourself.

If any of this resonates, I'd love to talk it through with you properly.

Opening to a small number of men

This is opening slowly, to a small number of men at a time. I'd rather work closely with a few than stretch myself thin across many.
