Privacy Policy

I'm Alex Spence, trading as Evolve with Alex (Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY9 8XU, hello@evolvewithalex.com). I'm responsible for your personal information. This explains what I collect, why, and your rights.

What I collect

• Enquiry form: your name, email, phone and any message. I use this to reply to you.
• Health screening: answers to health questions, sent only after you enquire. I use this to check Conscious Connected Breathwork is safe for you. This is health information, so I only collect it with your explicit consent, and you can say no, though I can't confirm a session without it.
• Discovery calls: your name, email and call details, through Calendly.
• Newsletter and free guides: your email, through Mailchimp, so I can send the guide and occasional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Sessions: held on Zoom. I don't record them.
• Instagram messages: if you get a guide through Instagram, ManyChat handles the message exchange.

Who sees it

Only me, and the services I use to run things: Jotform, Calendly, Mailchimp, Zoom, ManyChat, Netlify (website hosting) and Gandi (email). I don't sell your information.

How long I keep it

I only keep your information for as long as I need it. If you enquire and don't book, I delete your details after a reasonable time. Client records, including health screening answers, are kept for as long as my insurer and the law require, then deleted securely. Newsletter details stay until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see your information, correct it, delete it, or object to how I use it. Email me and I'll respond within a month.

Cookies

This site doesn't use cookies or tracking. When you click through to services like Calendly, Jotform, Mailchimp or Instagram, they have their own cookies and policies.

Complaints

You can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how I've handled your information.
